How can I shop on TheSalonCenter.shop?
-Existing Customer? Go to TheSalonCenter.shop and click “create an account.” Fill out the necessary information. Customer Service will link your existing accounts with your online login. *After your online account is activated you will then be able to order online anytime
-New Customer? Go to TheSalonCenter.shop and click “create an account.” Fill out the necessary information and one of our customer service representatives will call you to finish setting up your account. Please note that this site is for licensed cosmetologists in our distribution area, so you will have to provide your cosmetology license number.

What information do I need to set up an account?
Name, Salon Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email, Credit Card, Cosmetology License, and Retail Tax Certificate (if applicable)
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Go to the Log In page and click “Forgot your Password” and you will be prompted to reset your password.
What if I change salons? How do I update my account information?
Give our customer service representatives a call at 205-940-1140 and they would be happy to help update your address.
Can I ship to my home address?
Shipping addresses can not be changed online. We will only ship to the address we have on file.
Why can't I see certain brands that are listed on your website?
We have contracts with each manufacturer that states which states we are allowed to sell their product in. The brand you are looking for might not be available from us in your state.
How much is your shipping?
We have a flat rate of $12.99
What is your return policy?
All sales are final after 45 days. If you would like to return something please contact your Salon Center Sales Representative. If you do not have one please call our Customer Service at 205-940-1140.
I don’t see a promotion listed on the website?
Not all promotions are available to be ordered online. Please call our Customer Service at 205-940-1140 if you need to order something that is not on the website.
I don’t want to enter my order every time I shop.
Great news is that there is an order template that you can create. You can use this to create a “shopping list” of frequently ordered items under the “My Account” tab.
I lost my invoice.
You can access old orders for reprint under the “My Account” tab.
When will I receive my order?
1-2 days ground shipping
Order cut off time to ship within one business day is 1:00 pm CST Monday through Thursday, and before 12:00 pm CST on Friday
Business hours 8:00am - 4:30pm CST Monday through Friday
What if my products come damaged or I receive mis-shipped items?
Please report any damages or mis-shipped items within 24hours of receiving a shipment.
